1. Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed on receipt of a £100 deposit per driver. The balance of £400 per driver is due 14 days before the event date; we email a secure payment link when it falls due. Failure to pay the balance releases your place without refund of the deposit.

2. Refunds & cancellations

Deposits are fully refundable if we cancel the event for any reason, including weather, mechanical, safety or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Driver-initiated cancellations are non-refundable, but your deposit is transferable to another event within 12 months, subject to availability. Balance payments made before a driver-initiated cancellation are refunded in full.

3. Eligibility

Drivers must be aged 21 or over and hold a valid full driving licence (UK or EU equivalent). Provisional licences are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a licence cannot be verified at sign-on.

4. Risk & liability

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. By booking, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. Access Track Days Ltd, its staff, instructors, and the circuit operator will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage save where liability cannot be excluded by law.

5. Vehicle damage

Both cars are covered by a £2,500 driver-damage excess. You are responsible for damage caused by your driving up to this amount. Off-track excursions without contact are not chargeable.

6. Conduct

Reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or ignoring marshal instructions will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
